We're proud of the quality of our products and hope you fall in love with your FLIPKIP® purchase. But if things aren’t quite right, we've got you covered with hassle-free returns.
Our Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unmarked.
- In its original packaging (to keep it protected and hygienic – most of our items are packaged in biodegradable sleeves).
- With tags still attached (if applicable).
To start your return or exchange, simply email us at customercare@flipkip.com.
For Australian orders, we offer free returns for exchanges or store credit, with a prepaid postage label provided. If you're requesting a refund, a $10 fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns and exchanges, please email us at customercare@flipkip.com.
Exchanges will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, though this may take longer during busy periods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If your return doesn’t meet the outlined standards, it will be ineligible for return, and we’ll ship it back to the original address. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
We sincerely apologise if there is an issue with your order! Your happiness means the world to us, and we’re here to help. Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so our customer service team can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as digital goods, used or slept-on items, and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items unless deemed faulty by FLIPKIP®.
Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for sale items due to change of mind, incorrect size, colour preference, or personal preference.
