We pride ourselves on using premium-grade materials for our sleep essentials. FLIPKIP® pillowcases use pure organic Mulberry Silk that is high quality, 22 momme. Momme refers to the density and quality of silk.
The higher the momme, the shinier, silkier, thicker and therefore more durable your silk. Entry-level silk that is under 22 momme is thinner and delicate, making it prone to tearing and faster deterioration. Our cases are the optimal density and quality for bedding, ensuring longevity and comfort. As for linen, it’s the GOAT in durability. Linen is famous for ageing well and getting softer with wash and wear.
Keep in mind, silk is still a delicate fabric that will wear naturally over time. This is normal. Take extra care when inserting your pillows and follow our wash instructions for a long love affair.
